Lumia 720 And Lumia 520 Unveiled

Nokia has officially unveiled ​​two new smartphones running Windows Phone 8 - Lumia 720 and Lumia 520 - at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. At the heart of gadgets is a hardware platform with dual-core Snapdragon S4 Krait processor with a clock speed of 1 GHz.

Nokia Lumia 720 offers users the following specs:
- 512 megabytes of RAM
- 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen IPS-display with 800 x 480 pixel resolution and density of 217 pixels per inch
- the main 6.7-megapixel camera with auto focus, aperture f/1.9 optics and Carl Zeiss Tessar, front 1.3-megapixel camera
- Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n,
- NFC
- Bluetooth 3.0
- A-GPS and Glonass
- USB 2.0
- 3,5-mm audio jack,
- 8GB of internal memory
- Micro SIM and a slot for memory cards MicroSD (up to 64GB).

It also comes with a 2000 mAh battery that provides up to 23.4 hours of battery talk time and 520 hours of standby time. While it can work in the player mode for 79 hours and 13.4 hours in Wi-Fi networks. Weighing at 128 grams, the size of the device is at 127.9 x 67.5 x 9 mm.

The new smartphone comes in a plastic case in a variety of colors.  Nokia Lumia 720 will appear in several countries in Asia and Europe and its cost will be € 249 till the end of the quarter.

The second novelty of the Finnish manufacturer has become more affordable and is called Nokia Lumia 520.

Its display has a diagonal of just 4 inches and a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. But by reducing the diagonal and resolution the  manufacturer was able to increase its density to 235 pixels per inch.

In addition, the Nokia Lumia 520 provides

The gadget is missing NFC support. And it is going with a battery which has a capacity of 1430 mAh, which is enough for 14.8 hours of talk time and 360 hours of standby time.

Until the end of the quarter, Nokia Lumia 520 will be in Hong Kong and Vietnam. In the second quarter, the new gadget can be found on the shelves of stores in Europe and Asia. Its cost will be 139 euros.
