Sony Xperia Tablet Z To Be Sold Worldwide

Not so long ago Sony officially unveiled its new Tablet PC Sony Xperia Tablet Z. The presentation of new products took place in Japan, and the company did not say anything about whether the compnay will sell this device outside the country of the Rising Sun. But after a while the novelty has been spotted at the site of the largest Finnish retailer Verkkokauppa, which is the most tangible proof of the tablet's early appearance in Europe.


And now the Japanese manufacturer has officially confirmed that Sony Xperia Tablet Z will appear on the European market. It will happen in the second quarter of this year. New products will be available in versions with support as Wi-Fi networks, and LTE.

Wi-Fi version of the Sony Xperia Tablet Z will appear in European stores at a price of 499 and 549 euros for a model with 16 and 32 gigabytes of internal memory. A tablet with the support of LTE-networks will cost 629 euros. In the UK, the gadget will be sold for 399 pounds (Wi-Fi only) and 499 pounds (LTE), and the U.S. citizens will get a Wi-Fi-only tablet with 16 and 32 GB of memory on board. Its cost is 499 and $ 599, respectively.

Sony Xperia Tablet Z is based on a powerful quad core CPU with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz. It can offer 2 gigabytes of RAM, a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, the basic 8.1-megapixel camera with a matrix Exmor R, support NFC, LTE technology and Surround S-Force. And the battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh will be used in the tablet.

Another interesting news from Sony is that the smartphone Sony Xperia Z is now sold in 60 countries worldwide. So far, no Xperia smartphone has been able to achieve this figure. We expect that the Sony Xperia Z demonstrate very high sales.
