One of the first computers made by Apple was sold at auction which was held in Berlin on Saturday, May 25. According to the Associated Press, 516 thousand dollars was paid for the model of 1976.
German Breker auction house said that Apple computer was bought by buyer from Asia, who preferred to remain anonymous.
Rare computer called Apple 1 was assembled by the company founders - Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak in the family garage. In 1976, it sold for 666 U.S. dollars. This computer has Wozniak's autograph .
Breker says that there are only six of such computers that remain operational in the world. German auction house sold one of them for 492,000 euros in 2012.
