Samsung Galaxy Mega Officially Released

Samsung has finally made an official announcement of two new series of Galaxy Mega. There has already been some information about Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 and 5.8 in the Net: the gadgets borrowed a number of features from Samsung Galaxy S4, but they got much larger displays and became a good alternative and more affordable alternatives to Galaxy Note.



Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3, as the name suggests, is delivered with a 6.3-inch display with a resolution of 720p on the chip Exynos 5250 with a 2-core Cortex-A15 1,7 GHz and 1.5 GB of RAM.

The smartphone works on Android 4.2 with a modified version of the TouchWiz interface  (without S Pen support). Gadget gets two cameras - the main of 8 megapixel and front of 1.9. The networks supported are LTE, Wi-Fi a / b / g / n / ac, NFC, an infrared port.

Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8

The size of Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 is impressive - 167.6 x 88 x 8 mm, weight 199 grams. The device is equipped with 3200 mAh battery, 8 or 16 GB of memory and a slot for memory cards.

Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 is an Android smartphone as well. The gadget goes with a 5.8-inch display, the  resolution is960 x 540 pixels, and the processing speed is 1.4 GHz. The smartphone also works in LTE networks, it is equipped with an infrared port and supports NFC.
The dimensions of Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 are 162.6 x 82.4 x 9 mm, it weights 182 grams and its battery is of 2600 mAh.

Both gadgets will be available in Europe in May.
