Vertu Releases New Limited Edition Android Smartphones

Vertu, a company derived from Nokia, hasn't pleased its affluent consumers with mobile gadgets recently. The lastest news from the company regarding new products was almost half a year ago. And this weekend the British premium brand introduced the expansion of its exclusive model line of Vertu TI Colour.


The smartphones are available in two colors - "Red Sunset" and "Midnight Blue", each half of the devices is made of leather.

The highlight of gadgets is that every model will be released in a limited edition - just 1000 pieces (there is  model number under the battery). The gadgets are developed in a typical Vertu style. The cost of a single mobile device is 8900 euros (11,700 dollars).

The device has got an exclusive sapphire screen with touch function and a diagonal of 3.7 inches, the operating system Android 4.0, dual-core chip 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snadragon S4, 64 GB of internal space and an 8-megapixel camera. Also, all phones work with "100% independent" internet service Vertu Consierge booking a variety of services on an exclusive basis.

Later, Vertu will release a more expensive device TI Titanium Pure Black on the same technological base, which will be decorated with precious stones and gold.
