Google Nexus 4 Got Its KitKat Update

Today is definitely a very good day for Google Nexus 4. After weeks of anxious waiting this device has finally received an official update up to Android 4.4 KitKat.

Such a long delay in Google is explained by the desire to fix the greatest number of bugs and defects before the release of the latest version of Android to its previous flagship.

The heart of Google Nexus 4 is a robust hardware platform Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro with quad-core Krait processor with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz and Adreno 320 graphics processor. This gadget can offer users 2 gigabytes of RAM, 4.7-inch capacitive touch True HD IPS Plus display with a resolution of 768 x 1280 pixels and a protective glass Gorilla Glass 2, an 8-megapixel main camera, front camera with 1.3 megapixels, NFC- module, 8 or 16 gigabytes of internal memory, the battery capacity of 2100 mAh, and support of HSPA networks.

We can add that the update is quite large - nearly 240 megabytes. It spreads "on air" and will soon be available to all owners of Google Nexus 4.
